my room, a comfort double or twin room sea view, included a very large walk-in shower. i also noted the tasty food with a good variety in the restaurant. staff members such as padam, sneha, and bandana provided friendly service and helpful assistance. breakfast buffet was excellent with many options.

Awesome Hotel Experience!

Our room was super modern and super clean. I mean, it was cleaned every day. The rooftop area was fabulous. The cocktail bar up there? Totally amazing and the side street bar was equally excellent, we loved it! The reception staff were always ready with a smile. I really appreciated their willingness to assist!

The hotel was quite noisy because of kids running around. Also the coffee shop was so loud. No quiet area was available for adults to sit and read during bad weather.

There is a water park on site, and it is walkable to an aquarium. There are multiple restaurants with bars located on the upper floors. Medusa Bar is on the 10th floor. I saw the gym on the lower ground floor. It looked clean.

The staff are lovely and cute. I felt nothing was too much trouble. The lifeguard at the water park was very friendly and cared about kid's safety! The reception staff seemed very helpful and accommodating, and I found this very valuable.

The hotel is located right along the ocean side! This made it so easy to get to the water. the area felt very quiet. This let us relax and enjoy our stay.
